The latest Apple device - the new ipad is confirmed to be released on March 7th. It fits with the release schedule of previous Apple iPads.


The upcoming release of the rumored the new ipad is having a seemingly adverse effect on its predecessor with a certain retailer offering the iPad 2 at a heavily slashed price. iPad 2 would be available for a price of $429 as opposed to the original $499.

the new ipad has made a vast improvement in these sides:
  • Resolution: This display will offer double the resolution of the iPad and iPad 2, bringing the resolution of the screen to a whopping 2048 x 1536 pixels.
  • 4G LTE: The ability to use the iPad on 4G LTE networks would mark the first time Apple has manufactured a 4G device, and there’s a very solid chance that the new iPad will have 4G built-in.
  • Camera: the new ipad will come with LED flash to support the camera. It is expected to have a 5MP camera with 1080p or 720p video recording quality of 60 frames per second. The technology made by OmniVision will help reduce the size of the table by 20 percent.
  • Processor: Apple is aiming to make the competition tougher by sporting an A6 Quad-core Processor in the the new ipad. This would make the the new ipad as powerful as any high-end desktop.
  • Design: Apple the new ipad will feature a new, thinner and sleeker design, down nearly 20 percent in size compared to the iPad 2.

Though the tablet promises quite a lot of new and exciting features, rumors indicate that it could be priced at a very high range. However, with the competition kicking in, I expect that the the new ipad will be set at a reasonable price. Nevertheless, are you going to buy the new the new ipad?
